Finding color in grey days

How a London winter taught me to find colour where there seems to be none.

Moving between Lisbon and London means trading blue skies for long grey months. It turned out to be good for my colour sense.

On grey days, colour hides in small places: a red bus reflected in a puddle, a yellow scarf, an orange shop sign. I started collecting them in a notebook.

Those notes became the palette of Slow Sunday, one of my most popular prints.
