Internal Landscapes

Personal · 2025

Rooms, corridors and windows that stand for moods.

Internal Landscapes imagines feelings as places: a room for worry, a garden for calm, a staircase for a decision not yet made.

Challenge

Representing emotions without falling into familiar symbols.

Approach

I interviewed friends about how a feeling would look as a space, then drew each answer as an architectural scene.

Result

Six pieces were shown in a group exhibition about mental health and later printed as a zine.
